Delete Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your ExlPayLite account, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind that this process is permanent, and once your account is deleted, you will lose access to any funds, rewards, or services linked to your account.

Steps to Delete Your ExlPayLite Account:
  • Clear Pending Transactions: Before proceeding with deletion, please ensure there are no pending transfers or top-ups on your account.
  • Contact Customer Support: To initiate the deletion of your ExlPayLite account, please reach out to our support team:

  • Submit Your Deletion Request: In your email or call, please include:
    • Your ExlPayLite wallet account number.
    • Reason for account deletion (optional).
    • Any pending transactions or requests you need assistance with.
  • Confirmation: Our support team will process your request and confirm your account deletion within 1-2 business days.
  • Balance Refund: If your account has a positive balance, the remaining funds will be refunded to your linked bank account (subject to applicable bank transfer fees). Please ensure your bank details are up to date before submitting your deletion request.
Important Information:
  • Non-refundable Funds: Promotional offers and rewards tied to your account may be lost if the account is deleted.
  • Inactive or Suspended Accounts: If your account is inactive or suspended, you may need to complete identity verification or resolve any outstanding issues before you can delete your account.
Account Deletion in Case of User's Death:

In the unfortunate event of the wallet user's death, the account will be handled as follows:

  • Notification of Death: The nominee or an authorized representative of the deceased wallet user must notify the ExlPayLite Team or Excel Core Solutions about the user's death. This can be done by contacting our support team via email at customercare@excelcoresolutions.com or exlpaylite@gmail.com.
  • Nominee's Claim: The nominee of the wallet user, as per the official documentation, will be entitled to receive all the adjusted balance and funds in the wallet.
  • Account Closure: After the nominee has been verified and all necessary processes are complete, Excel Core Solutions or the ExlPayLite Team will proceed with closing the account.
