- Minimum Balance Requirement: Users are required to maintain a minimum wallet balance of ₹500 to avoid service disruption. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of wallet functionalities. This ₹500 is fully refundable upon wallet closure by the user or in the event of the user’s death.

- Bonus: Bonus credits may be issued based on business verticals and payment modalities. Each bonus point shall hold a monetary value of ₹0.25. Upon accumulation of 25 points, the user may initiate redemption, wherein 10% of the total reward points may be transferred to the main wallet balance during each eligible claim.

This method allows users to make quick and secure payments directly to merchants or other recipients without the need to manually enter payment details, ensuring faster transactions and reduced chances of error.
- Balance Limit: The wallet balance shall not, under any circumstances, exceed ₹100,000. Once this limit is reached, further loading of funds shall be restricted until the balance falls below the prescribed cap.

- Cancelled Transactions: If any booking or transaction prepaid through ExlPayLite is cancelled, you must raise a ticket or submit a complaint through the ExlPayLite app by selecting the “Refund” option. You are required to provide valid proof of cancellation along with all relevant details and supporting information for processing the refund request.
- Payout and Fund Load Fees: A platform service fee of 3%, plus 18% GST, will be applicable on all fund-loading transactions. However, payouts are completely free of charge and are processed seamlessly via QR code scan, ensuring instant and hassle-free transfers without any banking fees or deductions.
